    Job DescriptionA Vacancy exists for a National Fleet Administrator in CCBSA. Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the above vacancy. The successful applicant is expected to start as soon as possible.

    KEY PURPOSE To provide a professional and supportive administrative service to the CCBSA Fleet team, both at Central Office as well as at Regional level.




    Key Duties & Responsibilities
    Fleet Administration Maintain the integrity of the Fleet Master Data in SAP by carrying out, inter alia, the following tasks:
    • Generate and allocate fleet numbers to new equipment
    • Process all relevant new equipment paperwork and file.
    • Move equipment between sites on receipt of relevant authorised paperwork
    • Complete relevant documentation for the sale/disposal of vehicles.
    • Carry out regular housekeeping of fleet master data
    • Physical Asset verification by site as required.
    • Investigate and highlight any assets that have gone missing
    • Update asset information for assets disposed of or missing
    • Ensure that the SAP asset register agrees to the Fleet register as all times SAP



    Purchase Order Administration
    • Generates all centrally controlled Purchase Orders and ensure that PTP compliance is maintained within policy.
    • Ensures that all goods are correctly received (GRN’d) and that Invoices are processed accurately and timeously for payment.
    • Monitors SAP Purchasing reports and clears outstanding logs continuously General
    • Manage stationery, courier and printing budgets
    • Arrange travel/hotel/car reservations and forex where required for entire fleet team
    • Arrange meetings and booking of meeting rooms
    • Administer the sending of documents by courier
    • Filing of and keeping a System on Vehicle and service records
    • Monitor and update SAP Fleet database for Licenses and new equipment
    Skills, Experience & EducationQUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
    • Grade 12 level of education a minimum.
    • Tertiary qualification will be an added advantage – National Diploma/BCOM Logistics

      REQUIREMENTS

      An appropriate B Degree (NQF level 7)/Three (3) year Diploma or equivalent qualification on a minimum NQF level 6 in Social Science/Behavioral Studies. At least one year working experience in a gender based violence environment. Knowledge of rape care management. Good verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of court and police processes. General computer literacy skills and knowledge in programs such as MS Word, excel, MS Outlook and PowerPoint. 

      DUTIES : Provide victim assistance services within the Thuthuzela Care Centre. Receive and establish early contact with the victim on the first day of reporting. Make follow through within a week of reporting. Assess and respond to the need of the victim and identify the victim’s needs for counselling and specific services. 20 

      Refer victim for court preparation when the court date has been set. Ensure that a place of safety is provided where needed. Refer victim for psychological therapy or any needs. Receive and attend to any complaint from victims with regard to the possible delay on the case and accelerate the matter to the relevant stakeholder. Liaise with the Site Coordinator about the support services that have been provided to the victim or where the victim has been referred to and contact details of stakeholders. Maintain a cooperative approach with other role players to help a victim holistically to increase the conviction rate. Liaise with other role players on the progress on the case. Keep victim notified on the progress of the case. Conduct community awareness sessions. Compile monthly statistics.

      ABOUT THE BURSARY PROGRAMME

      The Elias Motsoaledi Local Municipality will be awarding bursaries to matriculants who have performed well and reside within the municipality.
      The bursary will provide cover for registration fees only.

      MORE ABOUT THE BURSARY PROGRAMME – COVERAGE VALUE & OTHER OPPPORTUNITIES

      The bursary award will cover the following expenses: tuition fees, food and prescribed textbooks.
      Students will be required to work at the Mercedes-Benz in Centurion/ East London during the holidays. Once graduated, bursary recipients are also able to join the MBSA Graduate Development programme.
      Shortlisted candidates will be contacted and required to take part in psychometric assessments. If you have not received any feedback on your application by 31 January 2020 (Centurion students) or 29 February 2020 (East London students), please regard your application as unsuccessful.

      ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
